Bi-oriented film production

Bi-axially oriented films are characterized by a preferential orientation of polymer chains on two mutually orthogonal axes. Their relevance derives from the specific conformation acquired during the stretching process which gives the material considerable flexibility, resistance and brightness compared to traditional films.

Which kind of film can we produce

Our extruders – with a diameter of up to 150 mm in general – can be used and integrated into the film production lines to produce biaxially oriented films, such as:

• BOPP Film
• BOPE Film
• BOPA Film
• BOPS Film
• BOPET Film
• BOPLA Film
