PVC is among the most widely used plastics in the world and can be recycled effectively. Maris’ state-of-the-art technology makes it easy to recycle waste from the processing of cable sheathing, carpets and rugs, reintroducing it back into the production cycle. PVC extrusion requires the use of a corotating twin-screw extruder.
Our PVC cable recycling extruders generally have built-in automatic (semi) screen changers to ensure a material free of contaminants such as wood or metals. We also offer the option of adding mineral fillers or additives to improve its properties, or introducing pigments to change its color.
